Thomas F. Jessup, D.V.M.
-
Dr. Jessup has a bachelor of science degree in biology. He received his doctorate in veterinary medicine from Purdue University in 1973. Dr. Jessup has been associated with Mountainview Small Animal Hospital for over 30 years. His special interests include internal medicine, dermatology, and senior health programs.

Craig B. Hempel, D.V.M.

Dr. Hempel graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor of science degree in zoology. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1985 as a doctor of veterinary medicine. His practice emphasizes, but is not limited to, the following specialties: surgery, internal medicine, and ultrasound. Dr. Hempel is our primary staff surgeon at Mountainview Small Animal Hospital.

Vanessa M. Teresi, DVM

Dr. Teresi grew up in Chicago, Illinois with parents from Spain and Argentina. As a result she spent much of her childhood in both countries and speaks fluent Spanish. She went on to college in Massachusetts, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She continued her education at the University of Illinois Champaign for Veterinary School and moved to California after graduation. Dr. Teresi completed her small animal internship at California Veterinary Specialists in Murrieta, California and was the primary veterinarian at another small animal practice in Murrieta for 3 years before joining our hospital the summer of 2008. She has a strong interest in canine and feline nutrition, especially pertaining to skin conditions. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, her 2 cats and 3 dogs and "Guinness" her Tennessee Walking Horse.

OUR SUPPORT STAFF

The Doctors at Mountainview are joined by an experienced staff of technicians, receptionists and veterinary assistants. Our head technician Kari has been with our hospital since 1989. Kimmy at the front desk, has been with us since 2001 and many of our other staff members have over 10 years experience either with our hospital or in the veterinary field in general. Our entire staff is dedicated to providing your pet with expert, compassionate medical care.
